I have over sixteen years of diverse experience in the counselling field.
My main areas of interest are in Women's Health and Well Being. I am particularly interested in the area of Gender Specific
Medicine. My counselling approach is based on Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution
Focused Brief Therapy.

I have been involved with many Pan-European planning projects and am actively involved
with several professional organisations. These projects have involved working groups consisting of professionals from all
levels- higher level management, people with disabilities, union representatives, and special interest groups.

my business clients include Abbott Labs /Boston Scientific (Guidant), Hewlett Packard, o2, Irish Heritage Council, McDonald's
Ireland, Bank of Ireland, Irish Courts Service, Irish Office of Public Works and Permanent TSB.
I am familiar with the needs and issues
of the "Trailing Spouse" as I have re-located to new countries twice. I am originally from Austin, Texas and have
US & Irish citizenship. I am currently working on a research project for women's health issues.
